Ethan was born and raised in Pittsburg, KS. He played a multitude of sports including baseball, football, and track. At 12 years old, he was selected for the Midwest USA Baseball NTIS team. From ages 14 to 17, he traveled to Kansas City, further honing his skills and expanding his athletic experiences through various KC Metro baseball clubs. In his last year on the field, Ethan played a pivotal role in the success of the Pittsburg Post 64 Legion baseball team, contributing to their first state championship in over 40 years.

While he received offers to play baseball in college, Ethan decided to prioritize his academic pursuits at Baylor University. He was recently admitted to the Hankamer Business School and is currently pursuing a degree in finance.

Reagan Marsh (Softball Coach/Instructor)

Reagan began her career in softball much in the same way she continues it: for the love of the game.  She spent seven years playing competitive softball and working toward both personal and team achievements as well as serving as the ace pitcher of the Advanced Fastpitch Academy Scout team.  This afforded her the opportunity to travel to premier showcases throughout the Midwest putting her skills to the test against some of the top players in the region.

The efforts and the desire paid off and Reagan was provided a scholarship to Kansas City Community College (KCKCC).  Unfortunately, injuries hampered her playing career. Reagan used the oppurtunity however, to jump start her transition to her newest passion.  Reagan worked in support of the KCKCC coaching staff during her time there and built on her strong player base knowledge to now include a better understanding of the game, the administrative aspects, and the philosophies behind them.  KCKCC went on to play for the Division II NJCAA National title in 2022 and despite the disappointment in having lost her playing career, the time spent learning from the experiences were invaluable.

With 2+ years of coaching and instructional experience, Reagan is now focused on helping every girl that dreams of playing competitively and/or collegiately to achieve her goals, and to learn life lessons that will serve her both on and off the field.
